Will be interesting to see what happens, there are either going to be tons of changes or not many at all and former seems more likely if their focus is on US book affiliate $$

At first I thought I was reading a thread from April 1st. I'll admit it, then noticed it wasn't. I just laughed. Good for whoever sold it to them, I assume SBR since they owned it. I am guessing by the presser SBR wasn't part of the deal. That should speak volumes all in itself.

Guess we shall see, but 2.4 Million. They could've started their own forum and had 2.4 million left in reserves.

They're going to switch the forum software to something crappy like over at covers. Then, they will rebrand it getting rid of the RX name. face)(*^%

Yea also there are several stories on the net about this besides the link I put up .

One of them goes into more detail about the company that bought therx.

They already have a scores and odds site that focuses exclusively on legal sports book in the USA.
So it looks like they are going to scrap the entire offshore sports book theme of this place and focus on US based companies like draft kings

If that is the case, the end of this forum is near. Time to find a new home and it won't be SBR.

$2.4 mil for a prehistoric 30 year old website (that sold for $3 mil 15 years ago) with buggy, ancient software, 5 actual posters and 5000 ghosts of those 5 and a distinct white nationalist bent popular with it's non high school educated members....

Yep sounds realistic
